Advisories
At the Freshman Academy each student has a teacher that has been assigned to them as their advisor. The advisor will help about 15 students in many different ways throughout the year. The advisory time is meant to help create a communication link between the students and teachers. It is also for assistance with work, exploring values, building self-esteem, and a source of support.
